The 9hp engine
was fitted to a number of saloon cars of the 1930s, and an enlarged
1384cc 11hp version was fitted in the Independent Suspension
11hp. The most unusual of these 11hp was the Airstream (top left),
an attempt to harness the new techniques of streamlined bodywork |
